The Standards

District 3 is one of the most professional and respected districts in Ho Chi Minh City. The neighborhood is home to many business people, medical and graduate students from Vietnam and overseas.

Area tenants and homeowners represent the best of the upwardly mobile Vietnamese citizen.

- Floors are rented to one individual only
- Rent is $650 (USD) per month
- Couples are not allowed
- References required
- Prefer one year lease but negotiable
- First, last and security deposit required
- Due to local laws, overnight visitors must be pre-approved
